Payment and refund

1. Introduction

1.1. This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments are processed and under what conditions refunds are issued for services provided by XENIA STRUCK (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2. By booking a service or making a payment, you agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.


2. Payment Methods

2.1. Accepted payment methods:
  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Other methods as agreed with XENIA STRUCK

2.2. All payments are processed in Euro unless otherwise specified.

2.3. Payment must be completed to confirm your booking.


3. Booking Confirmation

3.1. After successful payment, the Client receives confirmation and instructions for the consultation via email or agreed communication channel.

3.2. The booking is only considered confirmed once full payment is received.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Clients may cancel by notifying XENIA STRUCK at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

4.2. By booking a consultation, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the service will begin immediately, with their consent, and therefore the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under German law (§ 356 BGB) does not apply.

4.3. If canceled on time:
  • Full refund issued (minus any payment processing fees), or
  • Credit can be applied to another session at the Client’s discretion

4.4. No refund is issued if the Client misses the consultation or cancels less than 24 hours before the session.

4.5. If XENIA STRUCK cancels a consultation, a full refund is issued or a new date is scheduled.

  • 4.6. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.


5. Changes to Payment & Refund Policy

5.1. XENIA STRUCK reserves the right to update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time.

5.2. The revised version will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

5.3. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
