1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://xenia-struck.com and the online consultation services provided by XENIA STRUCK (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2. By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


2. Definitions

2.1. Client/User – any individual who accesses the website or requests services.

2.2. Services – online consultations, courses, webinars, and related materials offered by XENIA STRUCK.

2.3. Consultation – an individual session or program provided online by XENIA STRUCK.


3. Scope of Services

3.1. Services are provided online via agreed platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, email, or other channels).

3.2. Services include consultation, guidance, and informational materials for self-development, personal insight, and analysis.

3.3. Services are informational and educational only and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.


4. Booking and Payment

4.1. To book a consultation, the Client must submit a request via the website or contact XENIA STRUCK directly.

4.2. Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Accepted payment methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Other methods as agreed

4.3. By booking a consultation, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the service will begin immediately, with their consent, and therefore the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under German law (§ 356 BGB) does not apply.

4.4. After successful payment, the Client receives confirmation and instructions for the consultation.

4.5. Prices are in Euro unless otherwise indicated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Clients may cancel by notifying XENIA STRUCK at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

5.2. If canceled on time:
- Full refund issued (minus any payment system fees)
- Or credit can be applied to another session at the Client’s choice

5.3. No refund if the Client misses the consultation or cancels late.

5.4. If XENIA STRUCK cancels, a full refund is issued or a new date is scheduled.

5.5. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.


6. Professional Ethics & Liability Disclaimer

6.1. Ethical Standards: XENIA STRUCK adheres to respect, confidentiality, and professional ethics in all client interactions.

6.2. Consultations Are Informational: All consultations are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

6.3. Client Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on consultations.

6.4. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during consultations is treated confidentially and is used only for service purposes.


7. Client Obligations

7.1. Clients must provide accurate information for booking and communication.
7.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and necessary devices for online sessions.
7.3. Clients must respect the professional and personal boundaries of XENIA STRUCK.


8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials provided by XENIA STRUCK (documents, audio, video, recordings) are protected by copyright.
8.2. Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or share materials without written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. XENIA STRUCK is not liable for decisions, outcomes, or actions taken by the Client based on consultations.
9.2. XENIA STRUCK is not responsible for technical failures beyond its control (internet issues, software errors, etc.).


10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable German law.


11. Changes to Terms

11.1. XENIA STRUCK may update these Terms at any time.

11.2. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

11.3. Clients are encouraged to review Terms periodically.
